The GNPAI HIPIN Program: Building Peacemakers

HIPIN (Help Increase Peace In Nigeria) is an initiative of GNPAI and believes that everyone, no matter how young, can make a difference in building a more peaceful world. Our program is designed to teach young people essential skills like managing anger, communicating clearly, and solving problems without violence. We also help them understand why respecting others is important, even when they disagree.

By empowering young minds, we can create a brighter future for Nigeria.

Three Pillars for Building Peace

At HIPIN, we focus on three main areas to build a peaceful Nigeria: Peace Education, Conflict Resolution Skills, and Stopping Violence. In Peace Education, we show young people how to build a peaceful and respectful world. We teach them how to have good conversations, listen to others, and solve problems together. Conflict Resolution Skills help young people learn how to manage disagreements and find peaceful solutions. Our Stopping Violence programs tackle the root causes of violence and promote peaceful ways to resolve conflicts.

Learning Through Fun: Interactive Workshops

Our workshops are designed to be fun and engaging, helping young participants learn important skills in a way they’ll enjoy. We use games, discussions, and role-playing to create a safe and inclusive space where young people feel confident and supported. Our interactive workshops help young people practice their new skills and become more comfortable using them in their daily lives.
